I’ve been here a few times after training at Paradigm, and it’s always been great. The açaí bowls are fresh, the watermelon with Tajín and chamoy is one of my favorite snacks, and the fresh watermelon drink with Tajín and chamoy is the perfect way to cool down after a hard workout. If you’re training nearby or just looking for something fresh and refreshing, I definitely recommend checking it out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They have a great selection of healthy protein shakes, energy drinks, protein bars, pre-workout, post-workout snacks, and fresh options that make it easy to stay on track with your fitness goals. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and service is fast—even during busy hours. Everything is fresh, reasonably priced, and perfect whether you need a quick pre-workout boost or a post-workout recovery meal. The convenience of having a well-stocked fitness snack bar inside the gym makes every workout better. It’s clean, organized, and has everything you need to fuel your training without making an extra stop. Highly recommend this gym snack bar to anyone looking for healthy snacks, protein shakes, and excellent customer service. Definitely one of the best fitness nutrition spots around—I look forward to grabbing something every visit! My personal favorite is the watermelon juice after a tough workout!
